Fuel-Sense is an information service that displays publicly available fuel price data to help UK drivers make informed decisions. We do not sell fuel, operate petrol stations, or guarantee any prices displayed.
Fuel prices are sourced from UK Government mandatory reporting data and may not reflect prices at the exact moment of your visit to a station. Prices may have changed since last update. Always verify prices at the pump. Fuel-Sense accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on displayed prices.
You may create a free account to save favourite stations and submit price reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
When you submit a price report, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or moderate submissions that appear inaccurate or abusive. Repeated submission of false data may result in account suspension.
All design, code, branding, and non-third-party content on Fuel-Sense is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Fuel-Sense uses mapping services (OpenStreetMap), external APIs for fuel price data, and analytics tools. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel-Sense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed £0, as the service is provided free of charge.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Fuel-Sense at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
